Kamran Shahzada, M.D.

Internal Medicine / General Practice

Dr. Shahzada completed his undergraduate degree at Punjab University in Lahore, Pakistan. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in Nutrition at Montclair State College in Montclair, NJ and in Clinical Medicine at Hunter College of the City University of New York in New York, NY. Dr. Shahzada attended UTESA School of Medicine in Santiago, Santa Domingo and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Muhlenberg Regional Medical Center in Plainfield, NJ.

Dr. Shahzada relocated to Arkansas City in 1992 to begin his practice at the Summit Clinic.

Rhonda Green, M.D.

Family Medicine & Obstetrics

Dr. Green was born in Oklahoma City, OK and moved to Arkansas City at age nine. She completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma in Individual and Family Development and then another one in Biology at Southwestern College in Winfield, KS. She attended Kansas University Medical School in Kansas City, KS and completed her Family Practice Residency at University of Oklahoma in Tulsa, OK.

Dr. Green returned to Arkansas City in 2001 to begin her career working at the Summit Clinic. She likes to spend her spare time in activities with her two young children Maggie and Everett. Her family enjoys camping, boating, gardening and crafts.

Dr. Green is certified with the American Board of Family Practice, and special interests in her practice include young families and obstetrics.

Eric Thomson, M.D.

Family Medicine & Obstetrics

Dr. Thomson completed his undergraduate degree at Drury College in Springfield, MO and graduate degree at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS. He then attended the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Kansas City, KS. Dr. Thomson completed his Family Practice Residency at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA, and an obstetrics fellowship in Grand Folks, ND.

After graduation, Dr. Thomson began practicing at Labette Health in Parsons, KS. He and his family relocated to Arkansas City in 2012 where he began seeing patients at the Ark City Clinic.
 


Angela Ziegler, Advanced Practice RN

Family Medicine

Ms. Ziegler has been a Registered Nurse since 2005, caring for patients at both Via Christi Medical Center in Wichita, KS and South Central Kansas Medical Center in Arkansas City, KS.  During that time she has held positions within multiple departments including the medical/surgical unit, emergency department, intensive care unit, and house supervisor.

Ms. Ziegler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Southwestern College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Wichita State University. She also received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University.

Ms. Ziegler began seeing patients at the Summit Clinic in 2014.
